📅 Hours of Operation & Class Schedule

We offer structured, level-based training sessions throughout the week so families can choose the best time for their child.

Each class is 60 minutes and builds on our Movement Education Framework to help kids train smarter and move better.

Weekly Training Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday

🟦 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM — Level 1 (Ages 5–7)

  • Perfect for beginners and young movers

  • Focus on balance, coordination, rhythm, body control, and confidence

  • Teaches the fundamentals all athletes need before sport-specific training

🟩 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM — Level 2 (Ages 8–10)

  • Builds on foundational skills with more challenging movement patterns

  • Introduces acceleration/deceleration, agility, and controlled footwork

  • Helps kids become more coordinated and game-ready

🟥 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM — Level 3 (Ages 11–13)

  • Advanced movement training for older or more developed athletes

  • Works on sprint mechanics, reaction time, strength, and injury-prevention techniques

  • Ideal for athletes preparing for competitive sports or higher-intensity training

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Individual/ Sport Specific Trainings)

🟧 Individual Training Sessions

  • One-on-one sessions provide a customized movement plan built from your child’s initial assessment. We focus on form, mechanics, reaction time, coordination, and foundational motor skills to address specific weaknesses and enhance overall performance.

  • Perfect for athletes who need focused attention, accelerated development, or need additional support outside group sessions.

Sport Specific Training Sessions

  • Sports-specific training focuses on the key movements and skills needed for volleyball, football, and basketball. It improves agility, power, coordination, and lowers injury risk by addressing each sport’s unique needs. Customized drills help players build strength and muscle memory for better performance, giving them an edge during games. This targeted training turns practice into real game improvement.
